Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Deltex Medical was informed on 31 October 2011 that, on 27 October 2011, Paul Mitchell, Finance Director of Deltex Medical, transferred 12,667 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 18.75p each registered in his name into his pension fund held with Investment Funds Direct Limited. His beneficial interest remains unchanged.

On the same date, Nigel Keen, Chairman of Deltex Medical informed the Company that as a result of a distribution by a certain Investment fund, his holding in Deltex Medical increased by 758 Shares to 5,760,418 Shares (representing 4.2 per cent. of the issued share capital).
