On 15 May, a Director, Joachim Faber, notified that 5,120 of CNY10,000 Renminbi-denominated 2.875% retail bonds issued by HSBC Bank plc, a subsidiary of the issuer, had matured in London on 30 April 2015. The value of the transaction was CNY5,193,400.32. .
