This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 19 April 2010, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Graeme Summers, a PDMR, has today paid up nil paid shares totalling 77,875 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), (48,402 at a price of 103.3p each, 15,923 at a price of 157p each and 13,550 at a price of 184.5p each) pursuant to the Company's Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme December 2004, December 2005 and December 2006 grants respectively.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 231,005 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1004% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by him is 98,874.
