The Company has been notified that on 14 June 2021, Michael O'Brien, the Company's Portfolio Manager at Fundsmith LLP, the Company's Investment Manager, purchased 2,575 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,364.0p per share.
As a result of the transaction, Mr O'Brien holds a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares.
