The Company was informed on 12 March that Daniel Tan had purchased 218,565 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 295.5 pence per share. The purchase took place on 12 March 2025.
Following this transaction Daniel Tan's beneficial holding is 385,720 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.23% of the Company's share capital.
