Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of £0.01 ('Ordinary Shares') each undertaken by JSC Fincraft Investment House, a person closely associated with Mr Bektas Mukazhanov, a Non-Executive Director of the Company. JSC Fincraft Investment House owns a total of 1,192,406 ordinary shares representing an interest of 0.036% in the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
