Director's Dealing
ZOO Digital Group plc, the provider of cloud-based localisation and digital distribution services for the global entertainment industry, was informed on 5 March 2019 that on that date Roger Jeynes, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 30,534 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.5 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased 15,208 Ordinary Shares into his ISA at a price of 65.5 pence per Ordinary Share and the Company was informed on 6 March 2019 that on that date his wife, Carol Jeynes, repurchased 15,208 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at a price of 65.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, Mr Jeynes and his connected persons hold 342,104 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.46% in the issued share capital of the Company.
