Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
Chris Stefani, Chief Financial Officer, had 222,800 restricted shares automatically vest in accordance with the plan rules as part of his IPO share award and, as required by the Company's standard administration process on vestings, 107,501 shares were subsequently sold to cover tax liabilities at a price of £0.958 per Ordinary Share on 21 July 2022.
