The Company was notified today that Damille Partners Limited (which is owned equally by the respective family interests of Rhys Cathan Davies, a director of the Company and Brett Lance Miller), purchased 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares"), at a price of 0.2 pence per Share.

Through Damille Partners II (the equal beneficiaries of whom are Rhys Cathan Davies, a director of the Company, and Brett Lance Miller) and Damille Partners Limited, Mr Davies and Mr Miller now beneficially hold 13,751,920 Shares, which represents approximately 19.65 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 70,000,000 Shares.
