Director Shareholding Announcement
The Company has today been informed that Julie Vernon, wife of Geoffrey Vernon, Chairman of AMS, has sold 27,714 ordinary shares at 45.1 pence per share held in her own name. Mrs Vernon's SIPP bought 35,000 ordinary shares at 46.5 pence per share.
As a result, Geoffrey Vernon's beneficial interest in the Company has increased and he remains interested in 1,033,296 ordinary shares, which represents 0.67% of the existing issued ordinary share capital.
