RSA Insurance Group plc (the “Company”) was notified on 17 December 2014, of the following transactions in the Company’s ordinary shares of £1 each (“Ordinary Shares”) by PDMRs.
On 17 December 2014, the PDMRs listed below were granted options under the Company’s Sharesave Plan over Ordinary Shares, with an exercise price of £3.68 per share. The options are exercisable between 1 February 2018 and 31 July 2018.
