Directors' Share Purchases
dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of search marketing services, digital strategy advice, intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, has been notified by Simon Bird, Chief Technical Officer, of an increase in his share holdings.
Mr Bird yesterday bought 16,667 shares at 7.8p bringing his total holding to 45,876,667 shares, representing 16.7% of the issued ordinary share capital.
