Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Wolseley plc (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company (the "Shares").
On 6 November 2012, share options granted in 2009 vested under the terms of the Wolseley Executive Share Option Plan 2003 (the "Plan") and the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility has exercised share options under the Plan as detailed in the table below:
