The Company has been informed that on 10 January 2011 the following directors of The Sage Group plc were granted awards under the Sage Group Deferred Bonus Plan over the ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company referred to below. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of an award. The award will normally vest, subject to possible forfeiture if the director leaves employment, on 10 January 2014.
