The Company has been informed on 26 November 2015 by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Close Brothers Group plc Share Incentive Plan, that it reinvested the final dividend and acquired Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company on behalf of Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, under the Plan in London on 25 November 2015 at a price of £14.22 per share as follows:
