· a purchase of Ordinary Shares by Nonkululeko Nyembezi; and
· an acquisition of American Depositary Shares (ADS) by Ian Ashby in respect of the reinvestment of the 2019 Final Dividend. One ADS represents 0.5 Ordinary Shares.
