Vesting of Awards under the
HomeServe 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP')
Two Directors have acquired shares following the vesting of shares under the LTIP.
The awards were granted on 24 July 2018. Awards were subject to two performance conditions as follows:
· 75% of the awards were subject to a performance condition based on the compound annual percentage growth of the Company's EPS over the three years to 31 March 2021.
· 25% of the awards were subject to a performance condition based on the Company's TSR performance against the TSR performance of the FTSE 250 Index over the three years to 31 March 2021.
As disclosed in the FY21 Annual Report, following an assessment of the performance conditions, awards vested at 20.33%.
Awards were structured as nil cost options or as conditional awards and were exercised or vested on 26 July 2021.
