Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 20th May 2009 that on 25th March 2009 Dr J S Bartholomew (wife of Mr David Wilks, a Non-Executive Director) bought 6,445 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77 pence per share.
As a result of these transactions Mr David Wilks and his connected parties have a notifiable beneficial interest in the Company of 7,445 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
