Dealings by PDMR
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised that on 29 June 2012, Tony Lenehan, the Chief Executive Officer, acquired 200,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Tony Lenehan now has a beneficial interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.32 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Tony Lenehan also has an interest in 400,000 share options awarded under the Company's Performance Share Plan.
