Issue of Options/Directors Dealings
Digital Marketing Group announces that it has awarded 1,000,000 nil cost share options to Ben Langdon CEO, and 700,000 nil cost share options to Keith Sadler CFO which will vest after three years subject to the Company's share price increasing by 50% over this period.
The Company has awarded a further tranche of 1,500,000 nil cost share options to Ben Langdon and 700,000 to Keith Sadler, the full vesting of which is conditional on the Company's share price increasing by 100%.
