The Company has been notified that on 31 August 2022, Sukh Chamdal, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 225,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 121.85 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Sukh Chamdal is beneficially interested in 10,012,915 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
