Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), trading as AMP Clean Energy, the specialist provider of distributed heat, power and renewable fuels, has been notified that Neil Eckert, Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), 113,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). He sold 113,000 Shares at a price of 82.50 pence per Share from an account in his own name and bought 113,000 Shares at a price of 82.53 pence per Share to be held in his self-invested personal pension.
Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr Eckert's total beneficial interest in the Company, being 9,166,647 Shares representing approximately 14.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
