Anglo American Long Term Incentive Plan - "LTIP"
The Company announces that, following the partial achievement of performance conditions attached to the share awards granted under the LTIP in 2011, 28% of the share awards vested on 13 March 2014. After the sale of shares (at £14.22 / ZAR254.74 per share) where appropriate to meet income tax and social security liabilities, the net increases in share interests are:
