The Company announces that it was informed on 17 January 2018 that Melissa Sturgess, Executive Director of URA, has acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.545p per share. Following this purchase, Miss Sturgess holds 23,222,222 shares in the Company representing 8.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
