Director Share Purchase
Belgravium, the designer and supplier of computing solutions and services for the mobile computing market, has been informed that on 16 December 2013 Mark Hardy, Chief Executive, bought 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.85p per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hardy's shareholding in the Company has increased to a total of 510,000 shares,
