Director's Share Dealings

Clifford Hurst, Finance Director, notified the Company on 11 June 2012 that his wife, Dr D F Watt, on 8 June 2012 transferred 14,000 shares in the Company into her ISA by selling them at a price of 165p and buying them back at 165.21p per share. The total number of shares held by Mr Hurst and his wife remains unchanged at 220,910 (0.6% of the issued share capital).

This disclosure has been made for the purposes of DTR 3.1.4.
