Sopheon was notified yesterday of the transfer on December 1, 2014 of 200 ordinary shares of £100 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Barry Mence, an executive director of the company, by Silvertree Limited and Coppertree Limited, as Trustees of a trust of which Barry Mence is a beneficiary. Accordingly the transfer was at nil consideration, and Barry Mence's total interest in the Company remains unaffected at 2,066 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 14.2 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
