Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
23 March 2018
On 23 March 2018, UBM plc ("UBM" or the "Company") was notified of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 11.25p each ("Shares") by Directors of UBM.
On 23 March 2018, in accordance with the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan, the Directors listed in the table below acquired an interest in further Shares following the grant of an award of Nil Cost Options over the Company's Shares. This follows the deferral of a portion of their bonus entitlement for the year ended 31 December 2017.
The numbers of Options (as set out in the table), were calculated by reference to a price of £9.39, being the average of the Company's middle market closing price for a Share for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on 16 March 2018. Subject to continued employment with UBM, the Directors will normally become entitled to exercise the Options between 23 March 2021 and 22 March 2028.
