Director Shareholding
Tribal Group plc ("the Company") has today been notified of the following purchases of ordinary shares of the Company.
On 15 June 2011, Pamela Ormerod, the wife of John Ormerod, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 41.00p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which John Ormerod and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 200,000 or 0.21% of the Company's total issued share capital.
On 16 June 2011, Mat Masters purchased 6,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 39.25p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Mat Masters and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 6,500 or 0.01% of the Company's total issued share capital.
