Executive Participation Plan Awards
Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") confirms that on 26 June 2008, two directors and certain other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") were granted awards under the Stagecoach Group plc 2005 Executive Participation Plan (the "2005 EPP"). The transactions have been notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
The 2005 EPP awards are in the form of a notional interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Deferred Shares"), together with an entitlement to receive a payment in respect of any dividends declared on Deferred Shares throughout the vesting period. The awards are subject to a restricted period of three years from the date of grant and will generally vest on the expiry of this three-year period.
