Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 23rd October that Charles Lewinton, Chief Operating Officer, sold an aggregate of 90,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company between the 19th and the 23rd October at an average price of £1.94 per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, Mr Lewinton holds 81,200 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
