The Company announces that it was notified on 25 June 2014 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company purchased 700 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,315 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 June 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 13,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
