Director Dealing
The Company announces that Dr Jim Millen, Chief Executive Officer of Physiomics, has been notified that a brokerage account with Reyker Securities plc ("Reyker") in which he held an interest of 244,641 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), has been closed and transferred to a brokerage account with James Brearley & Sons Limited, for no consideration (the "Transfer"). The Transfer occurred as a result of Reyker entering special administration on 9 October 2019 and the Ordinary Shares subject to the Transfer remain beneficially owned by Dr Millen. Further, Dr Millen understands that 2,354 Ordinary Shares were sold during the administration process to cover certain account charges, although Dr Millen has not been notified of the timing and price of this sale.
Accordingly, Dr Millen's holding in the Company is 1,384,393 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.42 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
