Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 11 December 2013:

Mr Colin Maltby a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 3,000 shares at GBP 10.27p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. Colin Maltby total beneficial holding in the Company is 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.008 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
