DIRECTOR DEALING
Symphony Environmental Technologies plc (AIM: SYM), was notified on 20 April 2009 that Michael Laurier, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 221,461 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 April 2009 at a price of 3.3 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Laurier's total beneficial interest in the total issued share capital of Symphony is 14,863,600 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.79% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
