Director Shareholding

Charles Dunstone, Chairman of the Company, transferred 214,286 shares in the Company by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust on 15 February 2011. He is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trust.

As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 133,083,481 shares, representing approximately 29.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
