Announcement of Directors' Dealings

Easydate plc (AIM: EZD), the internet-based dating operator, announces that it received notification on Friday, 26 November 2010, that on that day Mark Doughty, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, purchased 4,600 ordinary shares at a price of £1.06 each. Prior to this, Mr Doughty held no shares in the Company.

The Company also received notification on the same day that Martin Higginson, Non-Executive Director, that day sold 398,000 ordinary shares at a price of £0.95 each. The Company and Cenkos gave consent to release the soft lock-in in respect of these shares in order to satisfy demand from a new institutional investor.
