Director's dealings

 

Further to the Company's announcement of 23 March 2010, in relation to holders of the Company's Class S shares exercising their right to exchange Class S Shares into ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis, Robert Lantos (Non-Executive Director of Entertainment One Ltd) has notified the Company of the following changes to his interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company.

This number of Class S shares reconciles with Mr Lantos' previously announced holding of 2,563,349 Class S shares after adjusting for; 645,691 S Class shares which were allocated to him as part of the issuance and exchange of Class S shares announced on 7 January 2010 and 29 October 2009
