Impellam was notified that on 3 November 2008 that on 31 October 2008 Cheryl Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 26 pence per share and on 3 November 2008 acquired a further 25,000 shares at a price of 26 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, Cheryl Jones is interested in 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.28 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
