Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC; "Vectura" or "the Company") confirms that on3 June 2020, Paul Fry, Chief Financial Officer exercised his award of 225,741 forfeitable ordinary shares to which Listing Rule 9.4.2(2) applies. Sufficient shares were sold to cover the tax and national insurance liability with the remaining shares retained by Mr Fry. Post this transaction Paul Fry has acquired 119,429 shares. His current holding is now 119,429 (0.02%)
