Director/PDMR Shareholding
Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management software to highly regulated industries, announces that Alan Carroll, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR, today transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost to his wife (the "Transfer").
As a result of the Transfer, Mr Carroll and his PCAs beneficial interest in Ideagen remains unchanged at 204,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
