GCP Student Living plc (the “Company”) was informed on 2 July 2015 that Mrs Marlene Wood, a non-executive Director of the Company, had, on 2 July 2015, acquired 10,000 Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (“C Shares”) of the Company at a price of 1.065 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Wood is interested in a total of 10,000 C Shares (representing 0.008% of the C Shares in issue).
