Rolls-Royce Group plc (the Company) announces that on 6th March 2007 the Rolls-Royce 2003 Employee Share Trust acquired 3,270,000 shares in the Company at 486.59 pence per share for the purpose of satisfying, in due course, awards granted under the Executive Share Option Plan and the Performance Share Plan.
