SourceBio International plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 6 December 2021, Harwood Capital LLP has transferred in aggregate 64,737 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Limited Partners of Harwood Private Equity IV L.P.
