The Company announces that it was notified on 6 November 2012 that Richard Tice, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 705 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 November 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 258,966 Ordinary Shares (0.60%).
