The Go-Ahead Group plc announces that the following conditional award of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company was made to the Executive Directors on Wednesday 30 October 2013 under the terms of The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012 ("the Plan"):-

David Brown - 4,432

Keith Down - 2,836

The vesting of the shares will normally take place on the third anniversary of the award date. Bonus claw-back, normal 'good leaver' and change of control provisions will apply during this deferral period. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.
