LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC (The "Company")
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Andrew Jones, Valentine Beresford and Mark Stirling, have purchased ordinary shares in the Company as shown in the table below.
The shares acquired have been purchased using part of the individuals' bonuses after tax and national insurance relating to the period prior to the merger between London & Stamford Property Plc and Metric Property Investments plc (the "Merger"). Part of the bonus award was determined based on the Metric Property Investments plc Matching Share Plan which was then cancelled on completion of the Merger.
The shares acquired are required to be held for a period of three years and will be clawed back if the individuals' are not employed by the Company during the three year hold period.
