Games Workshop Group PLC14 November 2005 Games Workshop Group PLC ("Games Workshop" or the "Company") Dealings by Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility The Company was informed on 11 November 2005 Michael Sherwin, Finance Directorof Games Workshop, exercised options over 1,408 ordinary shares of 5 pence each("Ordinary Shares") in the Company which were granted under the Company'sSharesave Scheme at an exercise price of 335.5 pence. Mr Sherwin's holding has therefore increased to 65,668 Ordinary Shares,representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capitalof the Company.
