Director Shareholding
The Company received notification on 15 March 2013 that Ian Leaman, Chief Financial Officer, acquired on 15 March 2013 25,743 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 66.65p per Ordinary Share through his SIPP provider, Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited. Following this acquisition, Ian Leaman has an interest in 75,743 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
