Next PLC26 January 2007 Next plc Next ESOP Trust On 26 January 2007 the Next ESOP Trust disposed of 24,009 Ordinary Shares of 10peach in Next plc on the London Stock Exchange to satisfy share options exercisedby employees of the Company. Executive Directors of Next plc who are participants in the Company share optionschemes are deemed to be discretionary beneficiaries of the Trust and areconsequently considered to be interested in all of the shares held by the Trustwhich amount to 6,441,692.
